Dog Friendly places to stay in Anji

Dog friendly hotels in Anji

Chester at Shan En Hotel

Anji is conveniently located near Moganshan, but has the advantage of not being as busy. It boasts similar views of the bamboo forests and also has some awesome activities such as rafting, and hiking. If your lucky you will also find some hidden streams or lakes that are perfect for an afternoon swim in summer.

Before booking it is always best to call the hotel and confirm that will accept dogs as policies are always changing.

Shan En Hotel

Beautiful guesthouse set amongst the backdrop of mountains in Anji. The hotel is extremely open to dogs, no matter the size. The owner of the guest house also has their own dogs and cats. This meant I wasn’t worried about keeping my dog on a leash the whole time. The biggest selling point for me on the guest house was the beautiful courtyard area outside. There were plenty of places to just sit and let the dogs run around in the courtyard. As the guesthouse was on a hill, there was no passing traffic which meant I could let The Boy place as he wanted to.

Anji Flavor ZhuZhongyi Boutique

The owner of the hotel was very friendly and more than okay with our pups. There is a small yard for the dogs to play. The hotel itself actually has an adorable puppy who was always roaming around and trying to play with our pups. The rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable (soft) beds. We had a little patio that led directly to the yard which was perfect for our pups.

The service was great. They helped us find a steam to take the pups swimming and even brought us different Mellons nightly.

There is not much around the hotel so it is better to have a car, but within a 10 minute drive there is a nice boardwalk area and a park (the park has pandas but the panda area is not dog friendly). The hotel is located more in the city, but it is tucked away so it is still very peaceful.

Anji

Anji is a place you can explore several times, mountains around, bamboo forest and exciting raft game!
It’s also super friendly for doggies!
This time I stayed a very beautiful and dog friendly residence, which is not expensive at all!
It located in a cozy town named Baofu, (Chinese name: 湖州安吉县安吉县报福镇), you can ordered via Xiecheng APP, which a name of 安吉那厢花园民宿。
I suggest drive there, since places in Anji are quite separate with no public transportation.
Love the environment of this residence, surrounded by mountains, fresh air, swimming pool, camping area and outdoor table you may drink a little bit after sunset.
Doggies can play around, even the owner have a lovely golden retriever!
